what it looks like to work together

Here’s how we move from confusing symptoms and guesswork to a clear, personalized plan.

Free 15 minute Discovery Call:

A low-pressure place to start.

This is where we talk through what’s been going on, what feels off, and what you’re hoping to get support with. Whether you’re dealing with bloating after every meal, a cycle that keeps you guessing, or symptoms that don’t fully add up, this call helps us figure out whether we’re a good fit.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share your concerns, and get a better sense of how I work before moving forward.

75-Minute Initial Consultation

Where we stop skimming the surface.

This is a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, patterns, and lifestyle so we can start understanding what may actually be driving your symptoms. We’ll talk through digestion, energy, sleep, hormones, stress, eating patterns, cravings, and anything else that feels relevant.

The goal here is not to hand you a generic list of “eat more protein and manage stress” and call it a day. It’s to look at the full picture and start building a strategy that makes sense for your body.

We’ll also map out the testing piece of your care, using the labs that make the most sense for your symptoms, whether that’s a GI-MAP, DUTCH test, bloodwork, or a combination.

60-Minute Review of Findings

This is where things really start to connect.

Once your lab results are in, we’ll go through them together in a way that actually makes sense. Whether we’re reviewing a GI-MAP, DUTCH test, bloodwork, or another functional lab, this session is about connecting the dots between your symptoms, your history, and what the data is showing.

From there, I’ll walk you through a personalized plan with targeted nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations so you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

45-Minute Follow-Ups

Because healing usually requires more than one very motivated week.

This is where we track progress, adjust your plan, and work through what’s changing. As your body responds, your protocol should too.

Follow-ups are where we fine-tune things, troubleshoot what’s not working, support consistency, and make sure your plan still fits your real life. The goal is to help you feel more confident in your body and less stuck second-guessing every symptom, supplement, or meal.

Functional Lab Testing

Functional lab testing helps us look more closely at what may be driving your symptoms, so we’re not relying on guesswork alone.

We’ll get valuable insight into things like gut health, hormone patterns, stress response, nutrient status, inflammation, and other underlying imbalances that may not be obvious on the surface.

Depending on your concerns, testing may include:

  • A stool test that gives us a closer look at what’s happening in your gut. It can help identify imbalances related to digestion, inflammation, the microbiome, infections, immune activity, and why your body may be reacting the way it is.

  • A comprehensive hormone test that looks at sex hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, along with cortisol patterns and how your body is metabolizing hormones. This can be especially helpful for concerns like irregular cycles, PMS, acne, low energy, and feeling hormonally off without knowing why.

  • This test looks at your cortisol rhythm throughout the day to better understand stress response and adrenal patterns. It can be useful when symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, sleep issues, burnout, or feeling wired and tired are part of the picture.

  • A simple test that measures your omega-3 status and overall fatty acid balance. This can give us insight into inflammation, cell health, mood, skin, and whether you may need more support in this area.

  • This test helps assess exposure to metals like mercury, lead, and arsenic, which can place extra stress on the body over time. Depending on the person, this may be relevant for symptoms related to fatigue, brain fog, detox challenges, and overall resilience.

  • This test looks for evidence of mold-related toxins that may be impacting the body. It can be helpful when symptoms seem broad or hard to explain, especially with things like fatigue, headaches, brain fog, skin issues, inflammation, or immune dysregulation.

  • This test can offer additional insight into foods that may be contributing to immune reactivity or symptom flares. It is not a standalone answer, but in the right context it can help guide a more thoughtful elimination and reintroduction process.
