This Work Is Personal

Born and raised in NYC, I was used to pushing through. Slowing down felt foreign, and for a long time, my health stayed on the back burner until my symptoms became too loud to ignore.

I know what it feels like to stress over symptoms that don’t seem to make sense, to feel stuck trying to identify triggers, and to be told everything looks “normal” when you know something still feels off.

Through personalized nutrition and functional medicine, I was finally able to understand what my body was asking for. That process changed not just my symptoms, but my relationship with food, stress, and my body as a whole.

My own health journey is what led me back to school to earn my Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and become a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Now, I help clients who are dealing with gut issues, food sensitivities, acne, hormone imbalances, and symptoms that haven’t been fully explained connect the dots and find an approach that actually makes sense for their body.

My work is rooted in personalization. We look at your health history, symptoms, patterns, lifestyle, and goals to understand what’s really driving things. From there, we create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

I believe you should understand your body, not feel like you’re constantly fighting it. My goal is to help you feel more clear, more confident, and more at home in your body with a way of eating and living that supports your real life.
